{4th} Easter Egg Hunt

So I know it's ridiculous to have so many egg hunts, but I just try to think of it as more opportunities to tell my kids the TRUE meaning of Easter.  I heard on the radio that at some point the egg hunts did have a Christian meaning...and they were painted red for the BLOOD THAT JESUS SHED...and I think they hid the eggs as JESUS WAS HIDDEN AWAY IN THE TOMB...but HE HAS RISEN!!  So we hope you all had a very blessed Easter as we thank God for the amazing gift of salvation He has given us through the death and resurrection of His Son Jesus! Amen!

{3rd} Easter Egg Hunt

We really love Easter Egg Hunts.  This was our third hunt...but really just another reason to spend time with family.  We had a nice day at the Egypt Valley Egg hunt with Grammie and Grandpa!

Love the Leonards

We got to spend some time with the Leonards over Spring Break.  Yay for friends and butterflies.  We always have a great time!  It's so great to be able to watch our kids grow up together.  They are all amazing, and I love those kiddos like my own.  I try to picture them someday as teenagers, and it just kills me how fast time is going by.  I swear it was yesterday that Carrie and I were sitting on our college house porch til all hours of the night talking about anything and everything.  So great to catch up.  Love those Leonards!
