Christmas Eve with my family...one of my favorite parts of the year.  It was a bit bittersweet this year as this was the last time that Matt and I sang at our church that we have been attending since we were married almost 13 years ago.  It was also the last service we went to there.  Things change.  You move on.  It can be hard.  But still so blessed with these little munchkins and the gift of salvation born in the form of a baby.  Hope you all had a very Merry Christmas!

Can't believe he's 9!

Grant's 9th birthday...did you hear that...9?! Oh my goodness, I can't believe he is going to be double-digits next year.  Where has the time gone?  He is growing up so fast.  He loves playing soccer with his Rapids team, playing the Wii, building Legos, shootin' hoops in the basement, and playing piano when he decides he wants to.  He is still my super strong-willed kid, but can also be such a charming, polite boy when he decides to be.  I think he's going to be a great leader someday.  I love to snuggle with him and make him laugh.
